With heavy hearts, we share the passing of alum Prince.

We rescued Prince after a local shelter notified us that Prince was picked up from an abandoned house. The family moved and left this sweet soul behind

We hate that he went through that but are so grateful it led to finding the loving forever family that he deserved all along!

We’re forever grateful to Jessica and family for adopting sweet Prince and giving him such a wonderful life full of love and sharing this beautiful tribute:

“Our perfect best boy ever, Prince, crossed the rainbow bridge on Monday. We adopted Prince (well, foster failed) from The Street Dog Project in 2019. I could write pages about him. He was simply the best family dog. We adored him; he was the center of our home, and we planned vacations around Prince‘s coming with us and where he would like to go. The happy photo is him with us in Colorado just two months ago. The sad photo is the moment TSDP picked him up, abandoned and shut down. I applied for him the day TSDP posted him. We couldn’t have loved him more. My favorite dog.”
